The Creativity Training project (2017-2019) inspires adult learners and trainers to develop one important future job skill: creativity. Creativity is the ability to raise new ideas, think outside the box, find unusual solutions, and deal with problems quickly. Creativity gives you the feeling of not missing out! Accessible education may enhances social inclusion in Finland, Latvia, Lithuania and beyond. Trainers learn about new creativity training methods which helps them to adjust training program to learners needs. Trainees get higher-quality training, improve creativity skills and thus integrate into the labor market. Workshops help us to evaluate the methodology. The project will promote innovation, exchange of experience and know-how between different types of organisations in Nordic/Baltic countries involved in adult education.
